Colt Three-Five-Seven .357 Magnum 6" Blue Crca 1961 ANIB!
Vintage Colt fanatics, here is a pistol that is an absolute must-have for any true Colt collector! ‘Dirty Harry’ is very proud to offer you this absolutely beautiful 1961 Colt Three-Five Seven .357 Magnum pistol (Serial # 29285), featuring a gorgeous factory original blue finish, 6” barrel, factory service hammer, factory service trigger, factory service stocks w/ silver medallions, in its factory original box w/ paperwork. It is quite rare for a 6” Colt Three Five Seven pistol to leave the factory w/ a complete service configuration, and I have been told by several Colt gurus that they have never seen another one like it. Overall condition is 99% throughout, and it is quite obvious that this revolver has been meticulously cared for and properly maintained for the last 59 years. The factory original blue finish is near-perfect w/ only the slightest signs of handling, and the factory original service stocks are excellent w/ just a bit of patina around the silver medallions. All mechanical functions appear to be perfect w/ tight lockup, accurate timing, and shiny barrel & cylinder bores. The package includes the factory original two-piece woodgrain Colt box, which is numbered to the gun, as well as the ‘Handling the Handgun’ brochure. According to the Colt Archives letter, this pistol was shipped on October 18, 1961, and delivered to the Byron Hardware Company in Suffolk, Virginia. I have owned dozens of Colt Three-Five-Seven pistols, but I have never seen one configured this way. Again, if you collect vintage Colt revolvers and don’t have one of these pistols in your collection, then you will want to take a very close look at this unique 1961 Colt Three-Five Seven .357 Magnum 6” Blue revolver!
