Colt Army Special .32-20 WCF 6" Blue Circa 1933 As New In Box
If you are a collector of exquisite Pre-War Colt pistols, you will want to look very closely at this outstanding example. ‘Dirty Harry’ is proud to offer you this absolutely pristine 1933 Colt Army Special revolver (Serial # 589160) chambered in .32-20, featuring a 6” barrel and near flawless factory original blue finish. This Colt Army Special revolver was part of the ‘parts clean up’ run of 1933-1934, when Colt used any and all extra parts to make guns in order to stay afloat during the heart of the depression. It is very rare indeed to find these guns in such outstanding condition. This is a collector-grade gun in every way, period. Rated @ 99+%, overall condition is as close to ‘new’ as you will ever find. The factory original blue finish is bright & shiny, showing no signs of handling whatsoever, and is absolutely exceptional, period. There is no high edge wear, no discoloration, no freckling, and no scratches. The factory original black rubber grips are in the same excellent condition as the gun itself. All mechanical functions are perfect w/ tight lockup, accurate timing, and mint bore. The package includes the factory original two-piece non-hinged Colt box, which are quite rare and seldom seen. The box is numbered to the gun, and includes the original ‘Special Instructions’ pamphlet. Again, this is an investment-grade Colt pistol if there ever was one, and overall an 83-year old package that will be next to impossible to duplicate.
