1985 Colt Officers .45 ACP MKIV Series 80 3.5" Satin Nickel *As New in Box!

‘Dirty Harry’ is proud to offer you this absolutely beautiful ‘As New in Box’ 1985 Colt Officers .45 ACP MKIV Series 80 3.5" semi-automatic pistol!

This handgun was Colt's sub-compact variant of the famous 1911 .45 automatic. The slide, barrel and frame were all shortened and the pistol is constructed of carbon steel, w/ a barrel that measures only 3.5” in length. It also features 3-dot fixed sights, and a magazine capacity of six rounds. What really makes this little pistol so different is that it has a factory finish of ‘Satin Nickel’. This finish was discontinued in 1985, partly due to the fact that the chemicals used in the process were fairly hazardous. There were not many Colt Officer's Model pistols finished in Satin Nickel to begin with, and I am sure that very few have survived in such amazing condition!

Rated @ 99.5%, there is simply no finish wear, no rust or pitting, no takedown scratch, and no blemishes whatsoever. The original checkered walnut stocks are also in ‘as new’ condition. The mechanics appear to be in ‘perfect’ working order and the bore is ‘excellent’. The package is 100% complete, including the factory original Colt box, which is numbered to the gun, original hang tag, original Colt owners-manual & supplements, Colt letter, and other assorted factory paperwork.

In my opinion, this beautiful Colt Officers .45 ACP MKIV sub-compact pistol w/ its unique Satin Nickel finish and its complete factory original package would be nearly impossible to upgrade in any way!
